
Passengers Demand Further Tram Routes
According to results revealed today taken from the Nottingham Tram Consortium’s annual passenger satisfaction survey, passengers are 94% satisfied with the Nottingham Tram service. 98% of those questioned said they would recommend the service to friends and family and 80% of those interviewed would like to see the tram extended to further routes in and around Nottingham.
For the second year running, a comprehensive survey was carried out amongst NET tram passengers to assess customer satisfaction and usage of the tram system.
The overall service satisfaction figure was 94% with 98% of those questioned stating that they would recommend using the tram to a family member of friend.
When asked to suggest improvements to the tram system, passengers expressed a desire for more frequent peak time services and more tram routes. 80% of those surveyed would like to see NET extend to further routes.
