Acquired by Tynemill in 2001, the pub consists of two large elongated rooms. The smaller bar area is used for dominoes and darts and the emphasis is on drinking and friendly banter. The lounge is more comfortably furnished and features pictures of racehorses on the walls.

Directions: On leaving the tram stop head away from the level crossing, following David Lane around to the right. You will find the pub 200m on the left.
