Named after the nearby Inland Revenue offices. Ten hand pumps offer an ever-changing selection including up to four beers from the Castle Rock brewery next door. There is also a selection of German and Belgium beers, traditional cider and approximately seventy whiskies available.

Directions:
Leave the tram stop via the steps or lift and turn right along Station Street. At the top turn left onto Carrington Street, pass the station on the left, take the right fork and the Vat and Fiddle is on the right hand side (40m).
