Thousands of people are expected to flock to Victoria Embankment tomorrow (Saturday) when the free Big Day Out festival comes to town.

Organised by transport partnership, the Big Wheel, the event promises to be bigger and better than ever, offering a fun-packed day of activities for all the family.

At NET, we're delighted to be taking a key stand where people can find out more about our existing services and our exciting plans to expand the tram network to Chilwell and Clifton. We'll also have some free give-aways to hand out too.

Open from 10am until 5pm, there'll be live music, circus performances and craft and art workshops and a host of other things to see and do. The festival is all part of the E.ON cycle live event and a special area will be dedicated to celebrating pedal power.

NET Marketing Manager, Florian Le Loroux said: "It promises to be a fun day out so why not come and enjoy it - and pop in to see our stand too. Take the tram to Station Street and stroll down to the Embankment."
