Save On Half-Term Days Out With NET
09 February 2017
Parents and children looking to make the most of the upcoming half-term holidays can make big savings on travel in Nottingham with the city’s tram network.

NET’s popular £5 Group ticket will once again be available all day, every day from Saturday 11 February to Sunday 19 February, whilst children and students across Nottinghamshire enjoy time off from school or college.

Usually only available at weekends and from 4pm on weekdays, the ticket offers unlimited travel across the tram network for one or two adults and up to three children for just a fiver.

As well as discounted tram travel, NET customers will also be able to benefit from savings at two of the city’s top attractions. Nottingham’s City of Caves and The Galleries of Justice Museum will knock 10% off entrance to their attractions when visitors show a valid tram ticket.

Stephanie Moss-Pearce, NET’s Assistant Marketing Manager, said: “There’s plenty to see and do across Nottingham this half-term and we hope our ticket offer and partnerships with top attractions can help parents keep the kids entertained during the school break.

“Tram customers can make further savings and avoid the expense of city centre car parking by using one of 5,000 free spaces at our seven park & ride sites located across Nottingham.”
