Smartcards

We are now starting to roll-out the scanning of EasyRider and Concession Cards to check they are valid using our ticket machines. If you attempt to travel using an invalid card, you will be asked to pay the normal fare.

Easyrider cards can be easily updated:

• online – www.nctx.co.uk
• by phone – (0115) 950 60 70
• by setting up Direct Debit
• in person – NCT Travel Centre
  (back of the Old Market Square tramstop).

With a 1 year easyrider, you can travel for under £1 a day! Find out more about EasyRider.

If your concession card is invalid then please contact the relevant local authority to update your card:
