Nottingham’s tram network is preparing to play its part in generating a bumper crowd at Meadow Lane next month by matching a special ticket offer.
To celebrate a year in charge at the club, Notts County chairman Alan Hardy is offering £2 tickets for the visit of Crewe Alexandra on Saturday, February 3, and for an additional £2 fans can enjoy hassle-free travel to the game.
Stephanie Moss-Pearce, NET Marketing Manager, commented: “These are exciting times for the club, and we’re delighted to be supporting its promotion push with the return of our popular Event Ticket.”
While gates have increased dramatically at Meadow Lane this season, by giving fans the chance to buy match tickets for just £2, Mr Hardy hopes to see the stands packed to the rafters, giving new and returning fans the chance to sample the atmosphere at the Division Two club.
Stephanie added: “Ahead of kick-off and after the final whistle, roads around the ground will be extremely busy with parking in short supply. By taking the tram, fans can avoid the traffic and take advantage of our free park and ride facilities.”
NET Event Tickets are available from any tram stop ticket machine for holders of a valid match day ticket, which must be purchased in advance from the club website (https://www.nottscountyfc.co.uk/tickets/) or by calling 0115 955 7210.
