Important work on trees close to Nottingham’s tram network will result in a reduced service to Hucknall on Sunday, February 26.

Due to tree surgery works in the Moor Bridge area, journeys between Moor Bridge, Butlers Hill and Hucknall will be temporarily suspended with a replacement bus service to transfer passengers.

Ray Harris, Operations Manager for the tram operator, NET said: “We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers, but the work on the trees is essential. We are working hard to ensure that any disruption is kept to an absolute minimum.

“Our staff will be on hand at Hucknall and Moor Bridge tram stops to help with any queries.”

Work is expected to be complete by mid-afternoon when a normal Sunday service will resume.
