If you need to lodge an appeal with us, please email email@example.com. Please note that customer service cases and complaints will not be dealt with via our social media pages.

Although we aim to respond within 5 working days, we will always do our very best to provide you with a full response within 21 days.

Visit our Travel Centre in the heart of Nottingham city centre at 4 King Street, just off the Old Market Square.
You can buy tram tickets and travel cards, whilst we also have a series of route maps and information guides available for customers. Our staff are always ready to offer any help and advice you need for traveling in and around Nottingham with us.
So, if you'd like to pay us a visit, we're open at these times:
Monday to Friday*: 8am – 5:30pm (last transaction will be at 5:15pm, closed 12 - 1pm for lunch)
Saturday: 9am - 5:00pm (last transaction will be at 4:45pm with travel advice until 5:00pm)
Sunday and Bank Holidays: Closed
