Corporate Social Responsibility

As a vital part of the fabric of Nottingham, we are proud of the role we play in the city. We take our responsibility as a local infrastructure asset, business and employer extremely seriously.

In October 2021, we publicly launched our CSR strategy outlining how we aim to make a difference to the communities we serve over the coming years.

Environment

Underlining the importance of sustainable transport, powered by 100% green, renewable energy. We are proud to be a key supporter of Nottingham's ambition to become the UK's first Carbon Neutral city by 2028.

Customer Satisfaction

Putting passengers at the heart of every decision we make and improving customer satisfaction.

Fair Operating Practices

Embedding the highest ethical working practices and responsible procurement throughout our supply chain.

NET in the Community

Providing jobs, skills and training opportunities as well as supporting local schools, charities and good causes.

The tram is much more than just a transport network and we know it is key in stimulating economic activity across the city. We want to play our part in supporting mobility and building greater resilience and flexibility into the 'new normal' of city life.

Open 7 days a week, our sites are cleaned daily and patrolled by staff as well as monitored by CCTV. Park Mark approval means those sites have met the national standard for UK car parks that have low crime and measures in place to ensure the safety of people and vehicles.

There are disabled and parent and child spaces close by and cycle hubs and electric vehicle charging points at some sites.

Our tram service operates a "turn up and go" service, with trams from every 7 minutes during the week (every 3 minutes within the City Centre) and from every 10 minutes at weekends and bank holidays.  Displays at every stop will let you know when the next tram is due to arrive.
