Following the news earlier today that the strike action will not be taking place, we can confirm that all trams will be running over the course of the upcoming Goose Fair.
For many years, Nottingham’s trams have provided a fast, cost-effective and reliable service for Goose Fair visitors, allowing them to hop on a tram straight to The Forest tram stop at the entrance of the popular event, for as little as £3.00. And, this year, we’re pleased to be able to do that once again, with trams running every ten minutes each and every day. We also have a strengthened service running in the evenings all ten days, with trams running every five minutes until 10.00pm to Wilkinson Street and into the city to help manage busy crowds who want to get home from the fair.
The Goose Fair is one of Nottingham’s most celebrated events, with visitors flocking from across the county to attend the exciting ten-day festivities, and we look forward to once again being able to help as many people as possible travel to the fair to enjoy all it has to offer.
